My name is Rochelle Washington, I am 47 years old and I am from Dallas, Texas.
Give us a summary of your book!
I Testify, Seven Days of Healing takes on a journey of a woman reflecting her raw and naked truth of living and surviving the pain and trauma of sexual abuse. Not only the trauma but some of her coping mechanisms and her ability to maintain life as she knew it.
What inspired you to write this book?
My inspiration was wanting to heal and to finally get all of what I thought was silenced thoughts on paper.

In the Midst of it All by Yolanda Adams
Have you written any fiction novels as well? If not, would you and what genre?
No, I have not. Yes, I would poetry because that is one of my first loves and where I began to write most of my thoughts in my early twenties as a form of therapy.
What are two of your favorite books? Least favorite?
The Prayer of Jabez by Bruce Wilkinson and The Secret by Rhonda Byrnes because both in my opinion are powerful breakthrough books and helped me during times when I need that do-over of an awakening. I do not believe that I have a least favorite.
Do you have any other hobbies or businesses that you would like to share?
I have another platform Bold, Beautiful & Blessed with is a spin-off of pain to purpose. A platform to encourage women which is totally separate from my author brand.
