Viscount Vulchico and the Junk Food Meeting is the first of six picture books for young children, which sees 12-year-old Viscount Vulchico or ViVi as he prefers to be called tell the animals about his quest in search of a way to save the kingdom of WhooHa from becoming very sick, because of eating too much of the human aliens’ junk food. Viscount Vulchico’s mission is to fight junk food eating, and to promote healthy eating by learning all about the main food groups. In the first book, Viscount Vulchico tells the animals about how he will embark on the journey to different parts of the world, where he will be taught all about the different food groups. He also introduces all the different characters that he will be with, and those who will help him on his quest.

Besides being a writer, what else do you enjoy?
I’m also an Independent Nurse Consultant, Dementia and Adult Safeguarding Expert and have self-published a dementia book, which I have recently sold the publishing rights to a large international publisher. I also have an interest in healthy eating and sports/keeping fit and have recently launched a bespoke women sportswear online shop and also another online shop associated with the children healthy eating initiative. I love art and am very creative and make my own designs for the sportswear. I am also in the process of completing the remainder of the picture books, which will all be ready by the end of the year/ early January 2020.
Do you have any upcoming book promotions?
I am in the process of trying to organizing launch of the first book and all the associated merchandise have now been done relating to the animal character and promoting the healthy eating initiative.
